You too might have experienced it. FEELS LIKE WHY WE ARE EVEN LIVING.

Many factors affect us living a good life, but the main factor is the US. We are the ones who prevent ourselves from living a good meaningful life.

YES, there could be plenty of issues going on daily. But if you want you can change it, that just needs actions.

IT’S ONLY US WHO DON’T TAKE ACTIONS

The power of hope, target, connections, and our better selves are what drive us forward. There is always a solution to feeling some state of mind whether negative or positive, and you can change it.

Feeling stuck or confused-write it down

Feeling lazy or depressed — move out your muscles and do some workout, and stretching. Taking care of ourselves is better than therapy.

WHAT IS A GOOD LIFE?

For many of us, a life with more excitement to live and less of problems is what a good life is. Which is worth living.

But many external factors bring us down in living. Negative influences of emotions play a big role. Eventually, you lose all hope and think it’s not worth living.

All of it majorly depends on our social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental factors IS WHAT EVERY BOOKS TELLS TO US and it’s probably true but the control system is with us.

WHAT RESEARCHES TELLS ABOUT IT?

Viktor E. Frankl, a survivor of the Holocaust as well as a psychiatrist and neurologist, wrote in his book ”Man’s Search for Meaning”: “An abnormal reaction to an abnormal situation is normal behavior.”

  • The Harvard Study of Adult Development shows that relationships play a central role in people’s health and happiness.

It tells about how much the SOCIAL factor matters in our lives.

“Listen to the people who love you. Believe that they are worth living for even when you don’t believe it. Seek out the memories depression takes away and project them into the future. Be brave; be strong; take your pills. Exercise because it’s good for you even if every step weighs a thousand pounds. Eat when the food itself disgusts you. Reason with yourself when you have lost your reason.”

― Andrew Solomon, “The Noonday Demon: An Atlas of Depression”

TO SUM

We all feel worse in certain situations. But the best way to pass this is by taking care of ourselves.

Your emotions, problems, misleadings, and failures are different from yours. They don’t come under you. You don’t have to take responsibility for everything.

YOU JUST NEED TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOURSELF

How much aware you are of your thoughts?

How much control do you have on your mind?

How do you manage your physical, mental, emotional, and social factors?

Thoughts and circumstances knock us without asking us to come. But how we respond to it MATTERS TOTALLY ON US.

Take care of yourself, and the rest of things will get done automatically.

In our life, nothing is permanent until it’s over. As long as you are alive you can make changes, you can make it whatever seems lively. Problems and setbacks do not have to define you.

REMEMBER: Everyone you know including you are gonna die someday. The world is beyond the issues going on in our lives. These will suck all of our energy without putting something into us. The world will not wait for you. Do something about it. All creativity and ideas come to us when we are good. And it’s a necessity for you to get good. There is a lot more to do here. If you are stuck somewhere you can miss the greatness. Stop grieving as fast as you can and ensure that you are doing good and are ready to take all the experiences the world has to provide you.
