I went from being a resistor to the negative emotions from being an acceptor.

They are not inappropriate, they are just emotions and we have to accept that.

THE REASON BEHIND NOT LIKING THESE EMOTIONS

Negative emotions are those which can make you feel miserable and sad and because they make you dislike yourself by reducing your self-esteem as well as the general life satisfaction you try to avoid it.

Nobody wants to feel guilty about their presence in life. Everybody wanted to be praised for their presence with positivity.

Social media is full of proving this example of HIDING THE NEGATIVES with POSITIVES as everyone wants to put their self-image as a pleased individual who is full of joy. People recognize these negative emotions as those who are weak in emotional intelligence!

BUT THATS NOT TRUE

Emotions are just the state of positive or negative feelings. We just label them as NEGATIVE and we found it is an inappropriate state to live in.

Even am facing it while writing this article ,LOL.

But it’s really important to acknowledge that all emotions are completely normal to experience in our day-to-day lives.

Pam (2013) defines negative emotion “as an unpleasant or unhappy emotion which is evoked in individuals to express a negative effect towards an event or person.”

The important thing is to know the background of these emotions such as when we are experiencing it and why we are experiencing it.Human beings experience a full range of emotions throughout their lifetime because of changing situations every time.

These NEGATIVE EMOTIONS are normal, healthy, and helpful parts of life. People often get into what is called in the modern psychology world a HAPPINESS TRAP ( a limiting belief an individual carries regarding happiness in which a person approaches happiness as several myths such as I can only be happy if I have ___ in my life) this may take the genuine happiness of an individual and connects it with a myth.

HOW TO MANAGE THESE NEGATIVE INFLUENCES

The best way to manage the emotions is through acceptance .

That these are just the chemicals occurring in your body, not bigger than that and you don’t want to avoid them, they are just the natural part of you.

Accept it, seek help if needed, and slowly they will convert it into positive and well-being.
