We should stop thinking !

Our thinking is the biggest suffering.

Our thoughts play a major role in our lives. But the thinking after the thought brings out tons of useless suffering.

Sometimes we become monsters by our thinking, it gives us unnecessary worries, fear, and anxiety.

What is thinking?

Thinking happens after a thought. It occurs by thought and keeps going till it destroys us with irrational feelings or we become aware of it.

Some homo-sapiens are already nonthinkers and live in the simplest form (without complexity)in life. If you talk about something emotional that had occurred to you to them, then they will react in a manner that they can’t understand what is going on with you.

But mostly people are thinkers who are probably confused with themselves. And the unwanted thinking leads them to nothing but getting misguided. Thinking often hinders the infinite intelligence that comes to us.

The every answer of life is within us. Although we can make those answers complex and get distracted easily by our thinking.

Till the time we don’t realize that it’s our thinking which is restraining us from being our highest self of ours, we can never blindly follow the fact “don’t think”.As somewhere we know that if we do not think, then our inner personality will get subjugated. We will be no longer be WE if we stop thinking.

But it’s not about thinking or not thinking. It’s about thinking when it’s needed but don’t let your irrational thoughts play with peace of your mind. For instance, some thoughts come to our mind and say “After this, I should do that” That thought came with a purpose but what our thinking does to it, is we start thinking about the drawbacks of the work we are going to be doing such like “you are feared of not completing it perfectly as you desire” or “mind says what the other people will say on it” and you go deep into the irrational thinking by being a judgemental, stupid person and letting the current peace and happiness ruining it away.

If we look from above the scenario when your mind is making bad thoughts about you and discouraging is ,we can look and observe the conclusions that nothing will happen if you do not work perfectly and people are just born to judge but these things do not matter. This is the by which you could bring your peace of mind again.

What we can do about it?

We more often get caught up in our thinking endlessly, but we can make it less by being aware of the fact that we are thinking. This is the only and best way. We cannot resist it. Becoming aware can eliminate unwanted thoughts in our lives and let our actions do more with the clarity of thoughts.

The second thing we can do about it is reframe our thoughts with more positive ones as I have shown in the above example. Reframing needs a bigger picture, like what if that does not go well, it still does not matter. You should acknowledge the fact that problems and hurdles cannot shake you till the time you permit them to be shaken. If you choose to be happy after encountering the problems then you are way much better.

Every time you are worrying about something, you are just one step AWAY from getting peace.
