The one-sided TRADING behavior of our physical health

Many people throughout their lives have gone through mental health disorders that changed their whole perspective of life, they started to realize the importance of a healthy body on our good mood and mind.

Exercising is the biggest sign of a person being healthier in every aspect and growing.

According to a 2015 study published in PubMed, mental disorders are responsible for roughly 8 million deaths per year.

And keeping our mental health maintained, comes from our physical health.

Studies show that there is approximately a 20% to 30% lower risk of depression and dementia for adults participating in daily physical activity. Physical activity also seems to reduce the likelihood of experiencing cognitive decline in people who do not have dementia(impaired ability to remember, think, or make decisions that interfere with doing everyday activities).

According to the World Health Organization: Insufficiently active people have a 20% to 30% increased risk of death compared to sufficiently active people
Over 80% of the world’s adolescent population is insufficiently physically active.

Physical activity has a huge potential to maintain our minds.

It comes under a healthy lifestyle which ensures that we upgrade ourselves in every aspect, which can bring good things in our lives with pleasant emotions and feelings.

What physical activity can trade us?

  1. It can boost your energy levels, increased energy can help you stay productive in your daily life. That’s how the most powerful people in the world accomplish hundreds of tasks in a day. In simple terms, it makes you active which leads to low-stress life, better sleep, good mental health, and so forth.
  2. Increases your patience, and focus, and get yourself comfortable with being silent and thoughtful, all these are correlated with each other. Achieving any goal needs inner silence, thoughtfulness, patience, satisfaction, and focus.
  3. Helps get your creative human out, if your profession contains the use of ideas, thoughts, and creative power then physical activity is the best tool for it. Your brain gets in the diffuse mode and helps you connect with the infinite wisdom in this mode and that’s how the ideas pop into the mind.

4. Maintains Mental health, is the most underrated thing that people realize in their late 30s. Our body has a direct relation to our mind. As we know stress and tension are demons that do nothing good but produce a lot of disorders that make our life hard to live. Whereas, physical activity helps you burn all tension and makes you calmer.

5. Makes you feel good about yourself, we all often want to stay with the people who make us feel good about ourselves and less show our weaknesses. But feeling good first comes from within. By healthy and productive lifestyle we can feel good from within. Exercising has a major role to play in it. If we feel good about ourselves, others feel good about us, eventually, we will do good work, talk good with others and everything else settles in its place.
