What you are doing this minute counts, Every action counts and combines up to decide our coming time to build a different personality.

WHAT ARE HABITS?

Habits are the behaviors that you do repeatedly that shape you and can affect you negatively and positively.

It defines you as the person you are, supposedly if you eat a lot, then that defines you as a foodie.

If you hit the gym daily, that defines you as a fit personality.

WHERE WE GET WRONG?

Often, we seek external solutions such as therapies, courses, and sessions, believing that they hold the key to our happiness. However, the most important things are our actions and habits. We should not rely solely on external solutions but take responsibility for our own feelings, body, and emotions.

You should not even go to therapy and expect that god in a human form will listen to all your situations and give the solution in your hands.

Therapies and courses should be preferred when you are unclear and want guidance on your feelings rather than taking appointments on anxiety, stress, or depression. We expect solutions from everything rather than taking action.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITY THAT IS THE MOST HARDEST TO DO IS BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR OURSELVES[our feelings, body, emotions].

These things are only taken when you are doing what it takes from your side, such as maintaining and acknowledging your actions.

YOU CAN’T EXPECT CHANGE IF YOU CONTINUE TO FOLLOW THE SAME SCHEDULE. Even habits stand out more than our goals, as motivation for goals fades out but habits stay.

I don’t think there is a need to talk about this more, as the most famous ATOMIC HABITS book by JAMES CLEAR has discovered the whole theory behind habits.

THE POWER OF HABITS

  • It can change the personality you are currently to the personality you want to become.

how? Just regulate every action of your day and ask yourself if this action is worth it.

  • It can move you towards a healthy personality[mentally, physically, emotionally].
  • They can increase your chances of success.
  • It can separate you from unwanted things in your life, that are creating problems for you.

HOW TO CHOOSE HABITS?

It’s always the small decisions that make our personality day by day whether good or bad.

Sometimes we just waste our days, months, years, and decades on the things that do not deserve our energy. We get puppets of flow. We do what everyone wants us to do. We then just suffer suffer suffer……

If you are ready to get combat in useless things, then you should be ready to take worthwhile action.

The book Atomic Habits has all the details on how to create good habits and destroy bad habits.

It’s important to recognize that the actions we take will determine our future selves. By actively making decisions and focusing on worthwhile actions, we can avoid getting caught up in unproductive pursuits.We can make protect our oceans ,by protecting ourselves.
